What services do you offer?
We offer 25 years of grooming expertise right in the comfort of your own home or office. We offer nail trimming and dremeling if the dog allows. We also offer foot trims ear .cleaning sanitary trims and anal gland expression for the health and well-being of your dog. We are now offering full grooming services for dogs under 30 lb wanting to be on a regular groom schedule every 4 to 6 weeks at our home location in Locust Grove, Lake of the Woods.
Do you work with pets that hate getting their nails done?
Yes!! Very few pets like getting their nails trimmed. We recommend starting them at 12 weeks old so they can get used to it and won't mind it.
Do you work with fearful, anxious or Senior Dogs?
Yes!! And having it done in the comfort of your own home really makes it easier on them. We have multiple techniques to help get your dog's nails trimmed without the anxiety of going to the vet or groomers. Please Note: We Do Not take human aggressive dogs or dogs with a bite history.
*** If I am not able to complete the nail trim due to your pet being too difficult or stressed, full payment is still owed. I will try every tactic though. I have several techniques that are tailored to your pet specific needs (towels, muzzles and other tools to help me obtain the goal).
Do I need to have anything ready prior to the appointment?
Yes! Please have your dog ready for me during your appointment time please make yourself available when I arrive so I can have your dog available to me the entire time so no cell phone or texting during your appointment time have payment ready if using a credit card Apple pay or Google pay I may need to use your Wi-Fi password for security purposes with square. If you do not know your Wi-Fi password please have other forms of payment prepared cash is accepted as well as checks for established clients. If you have multiple pets receiving services please have them separated the excitement of having a person over can make things more difficult if your dog needs medication please give it to them two and a half hours before your appointment time please warn me ahead of time of any neurological Health injuries or aggression issues so that I May address them correctly. We are not liable for injury or sickness due to pre-existing conditions. We do not need a rabies vaccine because this is done in your home or office.
How do I cancel an appointment?
You can call or email us to cancel your appointment. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. There needs to be a voicemail left or a text message received. If you do not get confirmation that means we did not receive your message you will get a confirmation for rescheduling date or cancellation.
If you cancel or forget an appointment or not home when we arrive and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged for a missed appointment at $20 emergencies and unexpected situations will be considered however if you miss or cancel two appointments in a row you will not be able to reschedule because we set aside our time specifically for you and your pet.
Confirmation of scheduled appointments is Required.
If you do not confirm the appointment within the 24-hour cancellation policy this will count as a missed appointment I do not have time to follow up with everyone to make sure you have confirmed through the text process everyone is sent a confirmation reminder 2 days prior to their appointment at 9:00 a.m. confirm with a Y or a YES if you need to cancel send N.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash or any Credit / Debit cards. If you live in a rural area or an area that does not have good coverage, please have payment in the form of cash prior to your appointment. A total will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Do you offer a Referral Credit?
Yes!! We love referrals and to thank you, we offer you a 10% off credit towards your entire invoice once your referral has completed their appointment with us. You can earn multiple credits, so keep referring us to your friends. Make sure they tell us you sent them on the intake form.
