Service Description

Does your dog have matts in between its pads, on its rear end or in the sanitary area? If you are requesting any services that require matts to be removed, you may need to order our Fresh Start Package. This allows us to have more time to remove the matted fur and give your dog a fresh start. This would be in addition to the requested service area where the matts are.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. We set aside time especially for you! If you forget or nobody is home when we arrive, you will be charged the minimum appointment fee of $20.
